Selecting Image Quality in Final Reports

1. Accessing the Final Report Feature

  • Log in to the Clean Claims system at app.cleanclaims.com .

  • Navigate to the section for generating final reports.

2. Selecting Image Quality

  • Locate the image quality selection option at the bottom of the final report screen.

  • Choose from the following options:

    • High Quality

    • Medium Quality

    • Low Quality

3. Understanding Default Settings

  • Note that if the job has more than 10 rooms, the system will default to Low Quality.

  • This is to ensure faster download times and smaller file sizes.

4. Choosing Low Quality for Large Reports

  • If the report contains many images (e.g., 10+ rooms), consider selecting Low Quality to facilitate easier sharing and downloading.

5. Viewing High-Quality Images

  • High quality reports will be a larger file size. If the file is to large to send consider creating a medium or low quality report.

  • Remember that even if you select Low or Medium Quality for the report, you can still click on any photo to view it in High Definition.

6. Handling Questions and Support

Cautionary Notes

  • Be mindful of file sizes when selecting image quality, especially for reports with many images.

  • Always verify the quality of images needed for your specific report requirements before finalizing the selection.

Tips for Efficiency

  • For reports with fewer than 10 rooms, consider using Medium Quality to maintain image clarity.

  • Regularly check for updates or training guides provided by the support team to stay informed about new features.
