Turn on Offline Mode - IPad
This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for enabling Offline Mode on your iPad, ensuring you can access essential features without an internet connection. By following these clear instructions, you can enhance your device's functionality and convenience, making it easier to use in various situations. Whether you're traveling or in areas with limited connectivity, this guide is a valuable resource for maximizing your Clean Claims experience.
Alert: Alert! In Offline Mode, you will have full functionality within a project, but there is limited functionality on the Home Screen. Before going into Offline Mode, you will want to select the project prior to moving airplane mode.
You can also create a new project in offline mode.
If you are downloading a project using one of our integrations, you will need to sync the project into Clean Claims while still connected to the internet. You cannot download projects while in offline mode.
1. Log in to your Clean Claims account and select the project you want to use. You will want to click into this project while you still have service.

2. To enter Offline Mode, pull down from the top of the screen.

3. Tap the Airplane icon to enter airplane mode.

4. Pull up from the top of the screen to re enter Clean Claims.

Tip: Tip! You can also go to General Settings - Airplane mode to activate.
5. When in Offline Mode you will see the Blue Notification letting you know you are in Offline Mode and Data will be synced once connectivity as restored.


7. Once you are back in service area, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

8. Click the airplane Icon

9. Once you have connected to service swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

10. Once you are connected to service and access Clean Claims, a pop up will appear to sync your data. Click Sync.

11. You will see the progress of your data being uploaded.

12. Once synced, Click Save and Refresh

13. Your data has been synced and you can continue as normal.

Tip: Tip! Once you see the green Success Icon from Step 12 you data have been saved. Occasionally there is an error message that might pop up. Click Projects on the top of the app and select the project you were working in and verify your data is there. Do not worry, Once you see the green saved banner your information has been saved on our servers.
