Clean Claims offers an "Offline" Mode, where if you're not able to connect to the internet, you can still access and manage your projects.
To ensure you have access to the project prior to not having internet you will need to open the project from Clean Claims while connected to the internet. Once you have opened the project, it will store the data for that project on your local device. Now, you can go offline.
Once offline, you will see the following on your device:

You will then need to connect to the internet to sync that data back to Clean Claims server and have the data sync to the project.
Once connected back to the internet, you will see the following screen:
Click "Sync" to sync the project. You will receive a few prompts at this time:
Wait till you receive the Success Message:
Your project should then be updated with the latest content from that device.
If you have multiple techs in the field at the same time all using Offline mode. Each device/user will need to sync doing the same process in order to have the project update with all the information. If you feel you are missing information on your project, ensure that all users have done a sync and are not receiving a prompt that there is data that is not synced.
