How to sign a document in the"Sales Call" in Clean Claims - Mobile


2. To see your available documents, or to activate a document on this project, Click Manage Documents

3. From here, you can see all associated documents for the project. You can adjust the timing as well as determine if the document is active from here. To have the ability to sign a document at anytime, the document will need to be set as "Anytime" on the timing of the document.

4. Click Create Submission to assign who you want to sign this document

5. Click Client to assign the contact to the preferred sign option listed for the Client

6. Select the Client

7. If a document requires a tech (you) to sign or fill out fields in the document, click to assign

8. Add the Tech (You) to the tech signing option.

9. To capture signatures and other form fields, Click "Sign now". Again, you can send this to the client via remote signature at any time as well.

10. Complete the signature and any additional required fields. Then Click "Sign and Complete"

11. You will see the time stamp. As the tech, Click "Sign now"

12. Once again, fill out any required fields and signature, then click "Sign and Complete"

13. Once completed, you will get notification that all "Signature complete" You can move to mitigation and monitoring

Alert: Alert! If you need to skip the signature selection, you can follow the process below. Note this will time-stamp when you skipped the signature

14. To skip signature, tap skip signature

15. If you skip the signature, you will be able to move to mitigation and monitoring. Note the time stamp of when and who skipped the signature.
