There may be a time where a scan was created in magicplan, but it was not scanned in the associated linked project created by Clean Claims in magicplan. In order to export the scanned rooms back to Clean Claims, the scans need to be created in the Project that is created from Clean Claims into magicplan. They are labeled as "Clean Claims - <Project ID>

If scans are not associated to that project, you will get an error when attempting to export the files and share back to Clean Claims.
